Financial Manager – Customized centralized control for your needs

The web platform brings together various modules in one place, allowing for streamlining processes such as billing and payment, ensuring more efficient management and integration with various banks.

Currently, the manager has three modules:

Billing portal – Expands control over received bills and offers features such as the Payer Portal, where clients can access a second copy of a bill or, once it has expired, request the issuance of an updated bill with interest and corrections automatically calculated. The system also helps to reduce the default risk with functions such as automatic notifications informing clients of upcoming due dates and unpaid bills.
The portal further includes the function known as BolePix or hybrid bill, which enables companies to generate bills easily and quickly with a QR Code for payment via Pix. Not only does it simplify the process, but also streamlines the compensation, which is a key feature of Pix payments.

Payment portal – Integrated into the ERP, it allows payments to suppliers to be scheduled and overseen, preventing failures and delays. With an interface aimed at suppliers, it allows them to check the expected payment date, generate the receipt, and even receive alerts when the transaction is completed. Another noteworthy feature is the centralized payment approval, which allows for payment batches to be validated directly in the 7COMm system, removing the need for approvals from each bank working with the company.

Payroll – Automates manual processes in the Human Resources routine, integrated with the ERP or HR system. In addition to performing calculations, entering, or modifying information on salaries, deductions, benefits, and other relevant employee payment information, it improves information security by eliminating manual intervention. It is a web-based, multi-bank platform that organizes and processes payments efficiently and transparently, reducing operating costs and increasing the swiftness and assertiveness of HR tasks.
