Microservices Architecture Training.

Challenge: The client needed to train architects, developers, and infrastructure professionals to support its technology modernization strategy based on microservices architecture. There was a need to disseminate modern concepts, standards, and practices of distributed architecture, ensuring technical alignment across multiple teams and preparing the organization for the evolution of mission-critical systems.

What was done:

Development and execution of a structured Microservices Architecture training program, conducted by specialists with hands-on experience in distributed corporate systems. 

Delivery of modular training covering: 

• Microservices fundamentals and monolith decomposition. 
• Advanced patterns such as DDD, SAGA, CQRS, and Event Sourcing. 
• Deployment strategies, containerization with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring of distributed environments. 

Execution of the program over two consecutive years, with gradual expansion according to demand and the client’s adoption of the architecture.  

Delivery of 2 classes in the first year and 4 classes in the second year, with live sessions, supporting materials, and issuance of individual certificates. 

Results:

• Training of more than 100 professionals, including architects, developers, and infrastructure specialists.
• Creation of a solid technical foundation to support the modernization of critical systems and large-scale adoption of microservices architecture.
• Greater standardization of architectural decisions across different teams and projects.
• Reduction of technical risks in digital transformation initiatives and increased autonomy of internal teams to evolve their applications.
