Challenge: Improve the operational workflow by reducing registration and document validation time, integrated with Serviço Federal de Processamento de Dados (SERPRO) and Conselho Federal de Medicina (CFM) for the inclusion of legal entities in the database.

Documents reviewed: Articles of Incorporation, Driver’s License (CNH), Medical Degree, CRM (Medical License), and Utility Bill.

What was done:

• Data extraction from the Articles of Incorporation 
• Data extraction and comparison from the CNPJ Registration Card 
• Extraction of CRM data and comparison with CFM records through automatic integration 
• Address extraction and validation from the Utility Bill 

Results:

• 60% reduction in average accreditation time
