Challenge: To improve security, performance, and customer experience with the mobile application.
What was done: The development of a new application was undertaken, migrating from IONIC technology to the use of Flutter. The architecture was redesigned to include two-factor authentication, hybrid cloud architecture with identity server, and API management complying with all security requirements of the Central Bank and OWASP standards. Other attractive features were also delivered to improve the customer experience, such as PIX, cashback, and multi-accounts.
Results achieved: With the delivery of the new application and its redesigned architecture, we achieved the maximum security required by the Central Bank, contributing to the increase in customer loyalty and a consequent 50% increase in monthly account openings by 2021.
